پیام تبریک دوزبانه آیت الله بطحائی گلپایگانی در سالروز ولادت حضرت مسیح و آغاز سال نو میلادی

متن پيام معظم له (به دو زبان فارسي و انگليسي) بدين شرح است:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم فرا رسيدن ميلاد مسعود پيامبر عظيم الشأن حضرت عيسي عليه السلام را به پيروان آن حضرت به ويژه جناب پاپ، كشيشيان، اسقف ها، ملت هاي صلح خواه و خداپرست جهان بالاخص هموطنان شريف و مهربان مسيحي ايران تبريك و تهنيت عرض مي كنم و مجدّاً از علما بزرگ مسيحيت به ويژه ساكنين امريكا و اروپا و در راس آن از جناب پاپ خواستارم جلوي آتش افروزي سران امريكا را بگيرند و آن ها را به پيروي پيامبر صلح و مهرباني حضرت مسيح فراخوانند و از خط آن حضرت خارج نشوند تا جامعه بشريت در صلح و آرامش زندگي كنند

Ayatollah Dr. Bathāie Golpāygāni (one of the marāji' and the representative of Tehran people in the Assembly of Experts of the Leadership) expresses his congratulations on the birthday of Christ and the beginning of the New Year. The text of the congratulation message is as follows: In the name of God I congratulate the birthday of the great prophet Jesus (PBUH) to his followers, especially the Pope, the priests, the bishops, the theistic and peaceful nations of the world, and the kind Christians of Iran. And I urge the great scholars of Christianity, specially Americans and Europeans, and most of all I humbly ask the Pope to stop the American leaders from starting a war and advise them to follow the Prophet of peace and kindness and not to go out of his line so that humanity lives in peace and tranquility.
