Senior Vice President of POSCO, Jung-Suk Shin stated that international sanctions imposed on Iran will not debilitate the cooperation between the two countries’ automakers.

 He noted that both countries are eager to expand relations.

 During an inspection of IKCO, Iran's giant car-maker, he pointed out that both the Korean government and its car-makers are serious in deepening ties with the Islamic Republic.

 Jung-Suk Shin revealed that a special credit line had been established by POSCO's representative in Iran to strengthen and give surety to industrial and trade transactions.

 The senior vice president of POSCO reiterated his trust in the expansion of bilateral bonds and said that both companies comprehend the political position of their countries which is proof of the maturity of this industrial group.
