When the official trip of Saeed Jalili, secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council to Russia cancelled, some issues were raised on Iran and Russia relations.

According to Khabar Online correspondent, Russian officials including Nikolai Patrushev secretary of Russia Security Council recently expressed their disapproval over the latest announcement made by Iran on starting production of 20 percent enriched uranium.

Earlier based on a plan outlined by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Iran was to send its low enriched uranium to Russia for further enrichment.

Patrushev who previously visited Tehran had invited Jalili to discuss and exchange his views with him on Iran's nuclear program as well as bilateral, regional and international issues. But he said Tuesday at a press conference that secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council will not come to Russia on his own will.
