At a news conference, Iran's Oil Minister Mas'oud Mir Kazemi warned Tehran will blacklist companies that stop their gasoline export to the country.

The minister however did not indicate to the consequences of being blacklisted by Tehran, since earlier there was no reference to a black list in the Ministry of Oil. It's not clear how Iranian government is to punish the companies which cut off gasoline delivery to the country.

As the second-largest OPEC oil exporter, Iran lacks adequate refining capacity to meet domestic fuel demand and imports almost 40 percent of the gasoline it uses from other countries.
