سپیده فهیمی‌فر*: سالیان متمادی و در محفل‌های گوناگون بحث‌های بسیاری از سوی دانشجویان، اساتید و حرفه‌مندان رشته کتابداری به منظور تغییر نام رشته و با دلایل مختلف صورت پذیرفته است. در میان این مباحث موافقان و مخالفان و افراد میانه‌روی بسیاری با ذکر دلایل خاص خود به بحث و تبادل نظر پرداخته‌اند و در نهایت در شهریور ماه 1391 نام رشته به علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی تغییر یافت. نه تنها از آن زمان، بلکه پیش از آن نیز روند توسعه گرایش‌ها و رشته‌های مرتبط با کتابداری در دستور کار کمیته برنامه‌ریزی کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی دفتر گسترش و برنامه‌ریزی آموزش عالی وابسته به وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری قرار گرفته است، اما هم اکنون بحث‌ها و نظرات مختلف و متنوعی در زمینه گرایش‌های تصویب شده حال و آینده به گوش می‌رسد. بی شک رشد و توسعه یک رشته و گرایش‌های مرتبط با آن بدون آگاهی از وضع موجود در ایران و دیدجهانی به این رشته و نیز بازار کار آن در ایران میسر نخواهد شد.
با تاسیس دانشکده کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی در سال 1389، رسالت اصلی تربیت متخصصان و حرفه مندان به صورت تخصصی‌تر مورد توجه قرار گرفت و نیاز به پذیرش دانشجویان در رشته‌های تخصصی‌تر نه تنها در این دانشکده بلکه در کلیه گروه‌های علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی، با توجه به نیاز جامعه به چشم می‌خورد. اگرچه پیش از این، رشته کتابداری و کتابدار از دیدگاه جامعه صرفاً به محیط کتابخانه و امانت کتاب‌ها محدود می‌شد، اما امروزه با تغییر نام نه تنها خود کتابداران، بلکه آحاد جامعه باید به اهمیت کتابدار با عنوان عالم اطلاعات و نیز مدیریت کننده اطلاعات پی ببرند. بنابراین مسئولیت سنگینی برعهده کتابداران خواهد بود تا بتوانند اطلاعات تخصصی‌تر را در زمانی کوتاه و با کیفیت عالی، بازیابی و آن‌ها را بر روی محمل اطلاعاتی مناسب در اختیار کاربر قرار دهند. در حقیقت کتابداران به عنوان ناخدای اطلاعات مطرح خواهند شد. بی شک تربیت افراد کارآمد در این رشته نیازمند تخصصی‌تر شدن تحصیلات دانشگاهی منطبق با اهداف و نیازمندی‌های جامعه است. بنابراین بررسی جامع‌نگر رشته‌های این حوزه در دانشگاه‌های جهان امری ضروری به نظر می‌رسد، تا دید جهان‌شمول، رشته‌های مرتبط را با اهداف مشخص و متقن به دیگر گروه‌های علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی معرفی نموده و در جهت تصویب رشته‌ها و گرایش‌های مورد نیاز و پذیرش دانشجو پیش رفت.
رشته‌های و گرایش‌های حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی در ایران
در سال‌های اخیر شاهد روند رو به رشد پذیرش دانشجویان در مقاطع کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری هستیم، به گونه‌ای که از سال 1388 تا سال 1391 تعداد دانشجویان پذیرفته شده در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد تقریبا به سه برابر و نیم افزایش یافته است:

دانشگاه اصفهان، الزهرا، امام رضا، بیرجند، پیام نور، تربیت مدرس، تهران، خوارزمی، شاهد، شهید باهنر کرمان، شهید چمران اهواز، شیراز، علامه طباطبایی، فردوسی مشهد، قم و یزد، 16 دانشگاهی هستند که در میان دانشگاه‌های سراسری به پذیرش دانشجویان در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد اقدام کرده‌اند. دانشگاه پیام نور مشهد، دانشگاه اصفهان و نیز دانشگاه تهران به ترتیب سه دانشگاهی هستند که بیش از دیگر دانشگاه‌ها اقدام به پذیرش دانشجو در این مقطع نموده‌اند.
در کنار رشد تعداد دانشجویان، تخصصی‌تر شدن رشته‌ها و گرایش‌ها به منظور تربیت افرادی متخصص در این حوزه ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. بنابراین رشته‌ها و گرایش‌هایی از سوی کمیته برنامه‌ریزی کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی دفتر گسترش و برنامه‌ریزی آموزش عالی وابسته به وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری به تصویب رسیده است، که تا کنون رشته علوم کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی با گرایش‌های اطلاع‌رسانی، کتابخانه‌های آموزشگاهی، کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی، کتابخانه‌های عمومی و رشته علم سنجی و نیز مطالعات آرشیوی اقدام به پذیرش دانشجو در دانشگاه‌های سراسری نموده‌اند. دانشگاه تهران، اصفهان و امام رضا دارای گرایش اطلاع‌رسانی، دانشگاه تهران و شهید چمران اهواز دارای گرایش کتابخانه‌های دانشگاهی ( از سال 1388- 1391) بوده‌اند. به‌علاوه صرفاً دانشگاه تهران اقدام به پذیرش دانشجو در گرایش‌های مربوط به کتابخانه‌های آموزشگاهی و کتابخانه‌های عمومی نموده است. از سال 1390 نیز در دانشگاه‌های تهران، شاهد و یزد ، شاهد پذیرش دانشجو در رشته علم‌سنجی به عنوان یکی از حوزه‌های مرتبط با علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی، از دو بعد آموزش محور و پژوهش محور بوده‌ایم. همچنین دانشگاه تهران از سال 1391 اقدام به پذیرش دانشجو در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مطالعات آرشیوی به عنوان نخستین دانشگاه نموده است. اگرچه رشته‌ها و گرایش‌های دیگری با نام‌های مدیریت اطلاعات، مدیریت کتابخانه دانشگاهی، دانشنامه نگاری، مدیریت کتابخانه‌های دیجیتالی و نظایر آن به تصویب رسیده است، اما تا کنون دانشگاهی اقدام به پذیرش دانشجو در این رشته‌ها و گرایش‌ها نداشته است. با نگاهی به روند رو به رشد و توسعه رشته‌ها و گرایش‌های این حوزه متوجه خواهیم شد که دانشگاه تهران به عنوان پیشگام اصلی پذیرش دانشجو در رشته‌ها و گرایش‌های اصلی و تخصصی بوده است.
با توجه به اهمیت تخصصی‌تر شدن آموزش حرفه‌مندان این حوزه، نیاز به تصویب رشته‌ها و گرایش‌های تخصصی‌تر و پذیرش دانشجو دیده می‌شود. بنابراین بررسی رشته‌ها و گرایش‌های حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی در دانشگاه‌های جهان خواهد توانست دید بازتری به مسئولان و تصمیم‌گیرندگان در کمیته برنامه‌ریزی ارائه دهد. بدین منظور به بررسی 54 دانشگاه دنیا به منظور واکاوی رشته‌ها و گرایش‌ها و نیز نام دانشکده‌ها و یا گروه‌های آن پرداخته‌ایم. اگرچه تعداد دانشگاه‌های بیشتری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت، اما به علت اختصاص سایت آن‌ها به زبانی خاص نظیر ژاپنی، چینی، آلمانی و یا به علت عدم درج رشته‌ها و گرایش‌ها در سایت خود از مجموعه بررسی ما حذف شدند.
گروه‌ها و دانشکده‌های حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی در جهان
حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی تا کنون با عناوین Departmetn,Faculty,School,College در دانشگاه‌های دنیا مطرح شده است. در ایران نیز تا سال 1389 صرفاً گروه علوم کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی در دانشگاه‌ها وجود داشته و دانشگاه تهران، نخستین دانشکده کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی را از سال 1389 تاسیس کرد. گروه‌های این حوزه با نام‌های علم اطلاعات و کتابداری، علم کتابداری و اطلاعات،کتابداری و اطلاعات، مطالعات کتابداری و اطلاعات، علوم کتابداری، اطلاعات و آرشیو، حکمرانی و خط مشی اطلاعات، ارتباطات مشارکتی، علم شناختی، مدیریت مشارکتی و اطلاعات، مدیریت اطلاعات و سرمایه، مطالعات اطلاع‌رسانی و انفورماتیک هم اکنون در حال فعالیت‌اند که گاهاً دربردارنده چندین رشته یا گرایش بوده و خود نیز زیرمجموعه دانشکده، مدرسه یا کالج و نیز دانشگاه خاصی هستند. عناوین کالج‌ها، دانشکده‌ها و نیز مدارس دانشگاه‌های جهان عبارتند از: کالج(اطلاعات و حسابرسی ، کالج اطلاعات، آموزش، هنرها و علوم، آموزش و علم انسانی، اطلاعات و ارتباطات، علوم اطلاعات و ارتباطات، نام خاص)، دانشکده (مطالعات اطلاع‌رسانی و کتابداری ، حسابرسی و اطلاعات، هنر، هنرها، علوم انسانی، اطلاعات، مطالعات رسانه و اطلاعات، علم اطلاع‌رسانی و کتابداری، علوم دانش و رسانه، ارتباطات، مدیریت، علوم رفتاری و اجتماعی، آموزش) مدرسه¬ی (اطلاعات، علم اطلاع‌رسانی و کتابداری، مطالعات اطلاع‌رسانی و کتابداری،اطلاعات و ارتباطات، آموزش، مطالعات اطلاعات و آموزش، مهندسی و فناوری، علم کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی، مدیریت اطلاعات، علم کتابداری و منابع اطلاعاتی، علوم اطلاعات، مطالعات اطلاعات، مطالعات اطلاعات، آرشیوی و کتابداری، مدیریت و اقتصاد)

به‌علاوه رشته‌های دوگانه در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد که به صورت مشترک با دانشگاه‌ها و یا رشته‌های دیگر در سطح جهان برگزار می‌گردد ، که در جدول زیر قابل مشاهده است. همان طور که از جدول مشخص است حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی به صورت مشترک با حوزه‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مدیریت محیط و منابع، مدیریت عمومی، مطالعات آرشیوی، تاریخ، ادبیات کودک، کتابداری مهندسی، فنی، علمی، مردم شناسی، انگلیسی، جغرافیا، مراقبت سلامتی، زبان، ادبیات و ترجمه، موسیقی، مطالعات زنان، مطالعات سلامت، مطالعات آفریقا، مطالعات اوراسیا، تاریخ و فلسفه علم، روزنامه‌نگاری و ... با گروه‌ها و دانشکده‌های دیگر در همان دانشگاه یا خارج از دانشگاه اقدام به پذیرش دانشجو در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد نموده‌اند که مدرک نهایی با امضای هر دو دانشکده به دانشجو اعطا می‌گردد.

جمع‌بندی
با نگاهی به رشته‌ها و گرایش‌های تخصصی که در دانشگاه‌های مختلف جهان اقدام به پذیرش دانشجو نموده‌اند، متوجه خواهیم شد که در دنیا بیش از 70 رشته و گرایش در حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی موجود است. در حالیکه در ایران صرفاً 3 رشته و 4 گرایش به صورت فعال(پذیرش دانشجو) وجود دارد. به نظر می‌رسد، گروه‌های علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی به منظور همگام شدن با پیشرفت‌های روزافزون این حوزه که مرتبط با اطلاعات و منابع اطلاعاتی است، نیازمند تخصصی‌تر شدن گرایش‌ها و پذیرش دانشجو در رشته‌های مرتبط است. با بررسی رشته‌ها و گرایش‌ها در سطوح مختلف در دانشگاه‌های جهان به نظر می‌رسد تصویب گرایش‌هایی نظیر سازماندهی دانش، ذخیره و بازیابی اطلاعات، معماری اطلاعات، نظام‌های اطلاعاتی، طراحی کاربرمدار در مقطع کارشناسی، گرایش‌های سازماندهی دانش، ذخیره و بازیابی اطلاعات، نظام‌های اطلاعاتی، مجموعه‌های خاص و کتاب‌های نایاب، کتابخانه‌های دیجیتالی، مدیریت منابع دیجیتالی و اطلاعات، طراحی و ارزیابی نظام‌های اطلاعاتی، حفاظت داده‌ها، خدمات اطلاعاتی و مرجع، ژئوانفورماتیک، نسخ خطی و رشته‌هایی نظیر مطالعات آرشیوی تصاویر متحرک، مطالعات موزه، مدیریت پیشینه‌ها و آرشیوها، هنرآرایی کتاب‌ها، مطالعات اطلاعات انتقادی، طراحی و نظام‌های اطلاعاتی و نظایر آن و نیز در مقطع دکتری رشته‌هایی نظیر فناوری‌ها و سازماندهی اطلاعات، مدیریت دانش و نظایر آن در گروه‌ها و دانشکده کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی و با توجه به نیاز مراکز مختلف اطلاع‌رسانی در کشور می‌تواند در اعتلای جایگاه رشته و به کارگماردن نیروی انسانی متخصص موثر باشد. در کنار رشته‌ها و گرایش‌های بدست آمده در سطح جهان و متناسب با ایران، تصویب رشته و گرایش‌هایی در حوزه چاپ و نشر، پایش اطلاعات، فلسفه اطلاعات و نظایر آن ضروری به نظر می‌رسد که نیازمند توجه مسئولین و تصمیم‌گیران مربوطه است.
پانوشت: برخی از دانشگاه‌ها در این فاصله زمانی گاه در یک یا چند نوبت اقدام به پذیرش در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد در این گرایش‌ها نموده‌اند. کلیه اطلاعات مرتبط با رشته‌ها و گرایش‌ها در این مقاله مربوط به فاصله سال های 1388 تا 1391 بوده است که به‌واسطه دفترچه انتخاب رشته آزمون سراسری نوبت اول و بدون احتساب تکمیل ظرفیت جمع‌آوری شده است.
